Financial Reporting Accountant role - IFRS / UK GAAP - £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

A market and industry leading, Private Equity backed, international company based in the heart of Southend are seeking a new addition to their incredibly stable and successful Finance team.

• Reporting into the FD to ensure accurate reporting and IFRS Compliance
• Collaborating with overseas parent company supporting intercompany alignment and group level reporting
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual statements (IFRS)
• Coordinate with the group to align accounting process, intercompany reconciliations
• Management Accounts on a monthly basis, budgets and variance analysis
• Prep year end audit files and work with external auditors
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Tax compliance, VAT and corporation tax
• Improve and streamline current systems and automation

• 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
• £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE

The ideal candidate

• ACA / CIMA or ACCA qual, or working towards. QBE with relevant experience can be considered
• Experience in eCommerce, Manufacturing or Logistics advantageous
