Financial Services Administrator

Fin Search are recruiting a Financial Services Administrator on a permanent basis for a leading firm based in Harrogate.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a small team in a fast paced and varied role.

The business will consider someone on either a full or part time basis for this role.

As an IFA Administrator, this role will be responsible for supporting a small team of experienced Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors,

Duties will include, however are not limited to, liaising with policy providers, updating and maintaining client records and processing new business applications, fund switches, income and withdrawal requests and monitoring the process through to completion.

The successful candidate will:

• Have worked in a relevant IFA or Financial Planning Administration before
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (FTE if reduced hours) + 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + group pension scheme + 2 x death in service benefit + free on site parking
