Job Description - Financial Services Administrator

Financial Services Administrator
Quedgeley, Gloucester
Up to £26,000 | Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based

Must-Have’s
• Previous experience in administration or a customer service-based office role
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communication skills - written and verbal
• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
• Strong IT skills, including experience using MS Office

Nice-to-Have’s
• Previous experience within financial services, mortgages, or protection
• Understanding of the mortgage or protection application process
• Experience liaising with lenders, providers, or solicitors

So, what will you be doing?
• Supporting the Financial Services team with administration of mortgage and protection applications
• Liaising with lenders, providers, solicitors, and clients to progress applications smoothly
• Managing data entry and updating CRM systems with accurate records
• Uploading and tracking key documentation within required timeframes
• Responding to client and third-party enquiries by phone, email, and post
• Supporting the team with general office duties as neededThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and an eye for detail, who’s looking to grow within the financial services industry. You’ll join a friendly and hardworking team with full training provided to help you succeed.
