My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, relaxed environment and is looking to grow within a well-established financial services firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient administrative support to Financial Advisers, assisting with new business processing and ongoing client servicing.
• Maintain and update client records in our internal database.
• Prepare client documentation including review packs (via Dynamic Planner), illustrations, and valuations.
• Process new business applications, fund switches, income payments, and withdrawals.
• Liaise with product providers to track progress and keep clients informed.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• High levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Experience with Dynamic Planner is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

• Full-time; Permanent
• Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing annually to 25 days with service.
