Juice is excited to be supporting a well-known Financial Services Company based in Bath City Centre, in their search for multiple Client Service Executives to join their friendly team.

The role has arisen due to ongoing growth and sustained new business. As a CSE you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Adviser businesses and networks, dealing with all enquiries and requests in an efficient manner.

This role offers hybrid working with 2 days required in the office and 3 from home as well as a new fantastic opportunity to increase your salary through regular performance-based reviews. We’re open to a variety of backgrounds for this position and would love to hear from you if you are a motivated candidate excited to kickstart their commercial career.

DAY TO DAY:

• Ensuring all application processes are accurate and complete, meeting daily deadlines
• Communicating with Advisers via telephone & email keeping them updated on cases and answering any queries
• Building strong relationships with Financial Advisers and their clients
• Liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation e.g. banks and building society
• Completing all administrative tasks in a timely manner including email correspondence
• To participate in team projects as and when required

• Experience in customer-facing roles who can demonstrate the ability to provide great customer service
• A professional and confident communicator who can talk to a variety of people over the phone
• A fast learner who can pick up new systems quickly
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
• An interest in economics and financial services
• IT Literate
