Alexander Ash are currently working with a leading global consultancy who are looking for senior individuals with approximately 15-18+ years of experience in technology-focused roles within management consulting, with a strong emphasis on the financial services and insurance industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and transformation initiatives for some of the largest global firms, contributing to their journey towards operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to capture and sell transformation solutions and services in the relevant market segment
Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices
Drive business development through sales proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making in line with business goals
Create structure for transformation programs, including target operating models and roadmaps
Implement effective change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologies
Lead agile delivery, PI planning, and big-room planning workshops
Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and service offerings in the financial services & insurance domain
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM or related field; MBA preferred
10-15+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on financial services & insurance
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven success in leading and delivering complex programs in business and technology
Ability to engage with CXO and senior client stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a passion for disruptive innovation
Ability to travel as required
