Financial Services - Mortgage & Protection Administrator - Sutton Coldfield - 55311

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join a successful and well-established Financial Services Division, based in Sutton Coldfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administration and compliance support to a team of Mortgage Advisers.
• Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, insurers, and solicitors to ensure a smooth mortgage process.
• Request and verify customer documentation.
• Accurately check, chase, and collate all required documents.
• Ensure case notes and documents are shared appropriately with all parties.
• Carry out compliance checks to ensure all mandatory documents are present and correct.
• Submit Home & Personal Insurance policies and place them on risk.
• Track and manage mortgage applications through to completion.
• Keep both clients and advisers updated throughout the mortgage journey.
• Maintain adherence to company, network, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Mortgage & Protection Market is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel.
• Experience using CRM databases.
• Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and adapt to workload.
• A methodical and detail-oriented approach to compliance and admin.
• A team player with the initiative to work independently.
• Comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels.
