We are an Oxfordshire firm of Independent Financial Advisors currently have a vacancy for someone to join us as a

Financial Services Paraplanner/ Analyst.

We are based a short distance from Junction 10 of the M40, so easily commutable from Banbury, Bicester and Oxford. We have a high-quality office, a good atmosphere and friendly staff ready to welcome, train and support a new member of our team.

About You
The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service, extremely diligent and able to provide full paraplanning support to our Independent Financial Advisors in order to provide our clients with a high quality, accurate service. You and will possess a good level of Microsoft ability to include outlook; word and excel, along with excellent spelling and grammar.

The role will require a high level of accuracy and dedication to continue the company’s success in providing a professional, dependable and friendly service to our clients.

You will have your own responsibilities yet will be part of a flexible, hardworking and friendly team. Previous Financial Services experience at a similar level is essential, having already achieved your Level 4 qualification (or being close to it)

Job Purpose

The primary function of this role is to provide full paraplanning support to the IFAs, taking responsibility and ownership of all tasks that they require your support with.

The key purpose is to ensure positive client relations are built and maintained through the provision of a professional and efficient service.
