Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across the Home Counties. Their commitment to delivering exceptional service to their clients has made them a trusted name in the industry. They are now looking for a Financial Services Sales Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Worcester.
  
What is on offer?

• Basic Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities for this role

• You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of brokers across multiple branches
• Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region
• Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success

  
Skills and Experience required for this Financial Services Sales Manager role 

• Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership experience will be considered
• Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
• An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Full UK drivers licence required
