Junior Financial Services Role – Tunbridge Wells

An excellent opening has arisen for a Junior Employee Benefits Administrator within the Financial Services sector, based in Tunbridge Wells. This role offers a starting salary of £24,000 to £30,000, alongside FULL SPONSORSHIP FOR CII STUDIES.

Highlights of the Role:

• Hands-on training provided throughout.
• Work in modern, recently refurbished offices.
• Structured progression plan spanning 2-3 years, concluding with a CII accreditation.
• Upon qualifying, select from three different career pathways.
• Potential earnings: £40,000 to £60,000 basic with On Target Earnings of £60,000 to £90,000.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Deliver outstanding service to clients.
• Assist in preparing presentations for Employee Benefits Advisors.
• Coordinate scheme renewals, conduct benefit assessments, and draft strategic summaries.
• Build a foundation for a successful advisory career.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals.
• Keen to study and achieve relevant certifications.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong GCSEs and A Levels (degree preferred, though high A Levels will be considered).
• Prior exposure to Financial Services, or experience in insurance, risk, or health sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
