Finance Manager

£45,000pa, 36 days leave, Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm, Pension, Parking, Site Based, Company Well Being Events

Due to continued success, a head office location of a niche supply chain global organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join them. You will provide key operational and financial support across the business:

Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function.
Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
Deliver meaningful financial analysis and KPI reporting to support business performance.
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.
Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, and credit control activities.
Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external accountants and auditors.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Support commercial decision-making through robust financial modelling and analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and efficiencies.
Partner with operational departments to drive profitability and cost control.
Manage year-end processes and support strategic business planning.
Motivate, lead and manage a small Finance Team
Provide operational support to business and management team as and when required.
Some international travel will be required

We would expect the successful Finance Manager to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the finance function for a SME business, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Accounts Management, Financial Controller or a Operational Finance Manager position.

You will be joining a Corby Head Office of a an international company that is established with an enviable reputation in their specialist field. Working directly with the Finance Director and SMT, this role offers variety on a daily basis. Th organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products and are keen to recruit a Finance Manager who strives to offer the same. The successful candidate will ideally be ACCA or AAT level 4 qualified, or qualified by experience.
