The Role: You will be the final line of quality before our products hit the kiln. Using professional spray equipment, you will:

• Apply high -quality engobe undercoats and glazes.
  
• Inspect every piece for imperfections (we aim for flawless).
  
• Maintain your spray booth to ensure a premium finish every time.
  

What We’re Looking For: You don’t necessarily need to have worked with ceramics. If you have experience in automotive painting, furniture spraying, or industrial coating, your skills are highly transferable.

• Experience with gravity -fed or pressure -pot spray guns is a plus.
  
• A "right first time" attitude.
  
• Reliability—we operate a tight -knit shift pattern where every person counts.
