We're working with a well-known developer who is looking for a hands-on Finishing Manager to take 40 apartments from pre-decoration through to handover.

Key Details:
•    Proven experience managing finishing trades on residential schemes
•    Strong grip on quality control, snagging, and programme delivery
•    £250 day rate
•    Start in 1-2 weeks
•    SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid required
