Finishing Manager (Super Prime)

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end internal finishes on prestigious Super Prime Residential projects in London.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record working on luxury private residences, delivering exceptional standards of quality and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all internal finishing trades and specialist subcontractors.

*

Oversee bespoke joinery, marble, natural stone, luxury bathrooms and specialist decorative finishes.

*

Ensure all works meet the highest quality standards and design specifications.

*

Manage finishing programmes, sequencing and subcontractor performance.

*

Oversee quality inspections, snagging, de-snagging and final handover.

*

Liaise with architects, interior designers and the wider project team.

Essential Requirements

*

Proven Super Prime Residential experience is essential.

*

Previous experience as a Finishing Manager or Senior Site Manager on high-value luxury residential projects.

*

Strong knowledge of bespoke finishes and exceptional attention to detail.

*

Experience managing specialist subcontractors through to completion.

*

Excellent organisational, communication and quality control skills.

SMSTS and CSCS preferred
