Fire Alarm & Electrical Engineer

Fire Alarm Service Engineer / Electrical PPM Engineer | £40-44K + Van, Paid Overtime & Package | London & Home counties.

We are currently recruiting for a Fire Alarm / Electrical Engineer to carry out fire alarm servicing and building services PPMs across building services equipment within commercial environments across Central London, Greater London and surrounding areas.

As the Fire Alarm & Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for; fire alarm servicing, fire alarm testing, fire extingusher servicing, emergency light testing, PAT testing, tap temperature tests etc.

Employment Package:

* Job Title: Fire Alarm & Electrical Engineer / PPM Engineer

* Status: Permanent, PAYE - paid weekly

* Base Salary: £40,000 - £44,000

* Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00am - 4:00pm.

* Overtime: x1.5 rate until midnight. x2 overnight or all day Sundays. Travel time also paid after 30 minutes each day / 60 minutes per day.

* Call out: No on-call rota.

* Provided: Company van, fuel card, uniform, 29 days paid annual leave, specialist tools etc.

* Location/s: Central London, Greater London and surrounding home counties (up to maximum of 90 minutes from home address).

Requirements:

* Must be experienced carrying out fire alarm servicing within commercial environments.

* Experience carrying out standard building services PPM duties is advantageous, ie: emergency light testing, PAT testing etc.

* Must hold a UK driving license with 9 points or under.

* Able to work on-site from 07:00am (leaving home between 5:30am-6:30am dependant on location).

* Fire alarm or Electrical qualifications are benefitical, ie: FIA / City and Guilds Electrical Installation / 18th edition.
