Are you an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking to develop your career with a well-established and expanding company?
We're looking for a motivated engineer to join our team, covering London and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in fire alarm systems who is looking to broaden their knowledge across security systems while receiving ongoing training and genuine career progression.
The Role
As a Fire & Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of fire and security systems across commercial and residential properties.
The role will primarily focus on fire alarm systems, with full training provided on CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems where required. For ambitious engineers, there is a clear progression path into commissioning and more technical specialist roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
* Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
* Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
* Service and carry out remedial works on fire extinguishers.
* Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.
* Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
* Deliver a professional, customer-focused service on every site.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Fire & Security Engineer or similar role.
* Strong experience with fire alarm systems (essential).
* Experience with CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems.
* Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* ECS or CSCS Card preferred.
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
* Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
