Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their team covering Oxford and the surrounding areas. What's in it for you? £37,000 - £45,000 DOE Company van + personal use Travel time paid after the first 30 minutes Company credit card 23 days’ holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 26 days after 5 years 1 in 7 call-out rota £160 per week standby allowance Overtime at time and a half after 40 hours Double time available on weekends Private healthcare Annual salary reviews Ongoing training and career development Company laptop and mobile phone Power tools provided Fully funded social and team-building events The Role As a Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial sites throughout Oxford and the surrounding areas. You'll be trusted to work independently, deal directly with customers and ensure systems are operating safely, reliably and in line with current industry standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems Carrying out planned preventative maintenance Diagnosing and rectifying faults Working across a range of systems, including Advanced, Morley, Kentec and Apollo Completing service reports and technical documentation Providing professional advice and recommendations to customers Building strong, long-term customer relationships Ensuring all work is completed to company and industry standards What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer who can hit the ground running. You'll ideally have: Proven experience in fire alarm servicing and maintenance Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience with manufacturers such as Advanced, Morley, Kentec and Apollo Excellent customer-facing and communication skills The ability to work independently and manage your own workload A professional and reliable approach A full UK driving licence Why Make the Move?
