This is an operational coordination, monitoring and assurance role. You will not act as the statutory Responsible Person, Principal Accountable Person or building owner, but you will play an important part in supporting safe and well managed homes.

• Supporting emergency planning and incident response where required

The role also includes participation in an out of hours rota, mainly providing telephone advice where clarification is needed on a repair or safety issue. Site attendance outside normal hours is expected to be rare.

You should be organised, clear, calm and confident working with residents, contractors, consultants and internal teams. You will need to manage detail carefully, follow actions through and escalate risks in a timely and professional way.
