Location: West Midlands
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 DOE
Benefits: Travel time paid after 30 minutes, company van, fuel card, mental health support scheme, performance bonus, 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days), call-out rota, standby allowance, overtime opportunities, and clear routes for progression.

We're seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join a highly respected and well-established business with decades of expertise in the fire and security industry. This field-based role will see you covering large commercial sites across the West Midlands, delivering expert service and support for both fire alarm and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain fire alarm and security systems in commercial properties.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Previous experience servicing fire and security systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
