Salary: Up to £38,000 + salary increases + £10k on call OT bonus

Key Skills required

• A technical background in the electrical industry.
• Good all-round knowledge of Fire & Security Systems.
• Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
• An ability to deliver exceptional customer service

What the role Involves:

• Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area
• Respond to service calls on all types of Fire & Security systems
• Plan & respond to routine & reactive call visits in your area
• Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits
• Maintain your stock levels with support from the Stores team
• Working on systems such as
  Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec.
  Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco
  CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems
  Access Control: Paxton, PAC. Salto
