This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer with at least 5 years’ experience across all four major disciplines: Fire Alarms Intruder Alarms CCTV Systems Access Control Systems The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and commissioning a range of fire and security systems across commercial and high-end residential properties throughout London and the South East . About the Company This company has been operating within the Fire and Security Installation and Maintenance sector for over 40 years. The company is part of the New Path Fire and Security group of companies and specialises in commercial and high-end residential projects (no HMO work). Location Requirements As the majority of our client base is located within or close to the M25, applicants should ideally reside within or near the M25 area. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of fire and security systems Working across multiple disciplines including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms Ensuring installations comply with current British Standards Delivering high-quality workmanship across commercial and residential sites Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team Required Experience & Skills Intruder Alarm Systems Texecom Familiarity with current British Standards Access Control Systems Paxton PAC Door Entry Systems BPT Fermax Video Door Entry Systems BPT Comelit CCTV Systems Hikvision DVRs and NVRs Analogue Systems IP Cameras Networked CCTV Systems Fire Alarm Systems Analogue Systems IP Network Fire Systems Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire and security installations Strong working knowledge across all four disciplines IPAF certification required Full UK driving licence preferred Additional Information Immediate start available Overtime opportunities available On-call rota participation required We are currently interviewing for this position and welcome applications from experienced engineers looking to join a well-established and growing company.
