Fire & Security Project Manager

An established and fast-growing specialist in Fire, Security, and Communal IRS systems is looking for a Project Manager to oversee installation projects across London and nearby regions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, experienced professional to manage multiple client-facing projects, from mobilisation through to handover with full responsibility for planning, coordination, and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing full project lifecycles from initiation to completion

• Planning, scheduling, and leading installation projects (Fire, Security, IRS)

• Leading meetings with clients, suppliers, and third partiesHandling project documentation, reporting, and resource management

• Monitoring risks, managing change control, and ensuring client satisfaction

• Occasionally stepping in on-site to ensure delivery meets expectations

• Conducting client handovers and wrap-ups

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in managing Fire & Security system projects

• Strong understanding of project management processes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills

• Experience with CCTV, access control, fire alarms (Entrotec experience a plus)

• Relevant qualifications (FIA, NSI, C&G, LPCB etc.)

• Valid UK driving licence

• Able to pass enhanced DBS and industry-standard background checks
