The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our expert team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and ensuring the flawless operation of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Access Control systems across a portfolio of commercial sites. It’s a hands-on role where your technical skills and attention to detail help keep our clients safe, secure, and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out service and maintenance of fire alarms CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems to a high standard.
• Delivering excellent customer service—building strong relationships and representing our brand with professionalism and care.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Communicating clearly—whether providing updates to clients or reporting internally.
• Travelling to and between client sites (a full UK driving licence is essential).

About You:

• You have solid experience in servicing and maintaining electronic security systems.
• You're people-oriented, with great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• You're reliable, self-motivated, and take pride in your work.
• You hold a full UK driving licence.
