With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service across commercial environments, the business is continuing to expand and is looking to add an experienced Service Engineer to its growing team. The Role As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of fire and security systems across commercial client sites throughout North and North East London. This is a field-based role suited to engineers who are confident working independently, enjoy problem solving, and are looking to develop long-term within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Your responsibilities will include: Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive service and fault-finding Working across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms & access control systems Ensuring systems remain compliant and fully operational Delivering a high level of customer service on site Experience Required Previous experience servicing Fire & Security systems Strong fault-finding and maintenance ability Experience with systems such as Honeywell, Texecom, Paxton, Hikvision or similar Good communication and customer-facing skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Why Apply?
