Are you an experienced Fire Damper Engineer?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Lead Fire Damper Engineer to join a specialist cleaning and ventilation company. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a growing organisation, ensuring the testing, maintenance and installation of fire and smoke dampers are carried out to the highest possible standards.

Qualifications

Essential:

At least 1 year experience in Fire Damper testing or similar roles
Ability to work in a team
Flexibility with working hours as certain roles require early afternoon/ late evening starts
Full, valid UK Driving License
Desirable:

Experience working at height and in confined spaces
Roles & Responsibilities

Carrying out maintenance and remedial duties for various clients across the UK
Responsible for carrying out/ adhering to Just Good Hygiene policies & procedures and working to the relevant industry guidelines and customer specifications
Be the lead engineer on site, taking responsibility for the project
Manage and develop knowledge of the team to grow Fire Damper operatives to engineers
Adhere to safety guidelines
Requirements

As a Lift Service Engineer, you will also be expected to:

Ensure all reporting is timely and accurately covering daily service reports, non-conformity reporting, the client final system report and weekly timesheets
