Your new role
As Fire Risk Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring fire safety across a range of residential and communal buildings. Reporting to senior fire safety leadership, you will:

• Conduct and review fire risk assessments in line with PAS 79 and relevant legislation
• Liaise with external authorities and internal teams to ensure compliance and best practice
• Develop and implement fire safety action plans and training
• Provide expert advice following fire-related incidents and contribute to investigations
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to strategic fire safety planning

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Fire Safety and Fire Risk Assessment training (IFE or equivalent) -
  Essential
• At least two years' experience conducting fire risk assessments and producing reports
• Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, particularly within a housing environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• A methodical, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage your own workload
• A full UK driving licence or the ability to travel locally
