2 Month Contract With A Local Authority
To provide expert fire safety advice and undertake fire risk assessments across the Councilâs residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory fire safety legislation and supporting the safety of residents, staff and visitors.
The postholder will carry out fire risk assessments for both complex and non-complex residential buildings, including High-Risk Buildings (HRBs) and sheltered accommodation. They will provide specialist advice to managers and stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement in fire safety management, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards and best practice.
