Fire Safety and Compliance Surveyor (12-Month FTC)
Salary: £50,000 per annum plus benefits
Location: London, occasional travel to Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire

What You'll Do

Carry out fire door inspections and oversee replacements and remedial actions.
Act swiftly on fire risk assessments to mitigate hazards and safeguard occupants.
Oversee contractors to ensure work meets required safety standards.
Maintain meticulous records supporting building safety and compliance.
Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders to build trust and deliver safety solutions.You'll Need

Strong experience in fire safety inspection, building safety, or housing maintenance.
Knowledge of fire safety legislation, building regulations, and compartmentation surveying.
Relevant certifications such as CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety or equivalent.
