Our Services Fire Detection & Alarm Systems Intruder Detection Systems Access Control CCTV Automated Gates & Barriers Specialist Security Applications The Role Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join our expanding team. You will primarily cover the Leicestershire area, with occasional travel throughout the UK. This role offers stability, guaranteed hours, and strong long-term career progression within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Carrying out routine maintenance Carrying out small works Attending day-to-day service call-outs and fault-finding Working in line with current industry standards and company procedures Maintaining professional communication with clients and colleagues Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 12 weeks) Skills, Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in servicing, maintenance of fire and/or security systems Strong fault-finding ability Health & Safety conscious Relevant industry training (desirable but not essential) Full UK driving licence Based locally within Leicestershire (preferred) What We Offer 45 guaranteed hours per week Competitive salary based on experience (this is based upon experience) Regular overtime opportunities 1 in 12 on-call rota Ongoing product and industry training Company uniform provided Private healthcare (BUPA) 30 days holiday including bank holidays Company pension scheme Long-term career development with a stable, growing company How to Apply If you’re an engineer looking for stability, support, and long-term development with a well-established company, we’d love to hear from you.
