The business has a strong national reputation built on technical accuracy, compliance and clear client communication, with a solid pipeline of secured projects and continued expansion across its operations team. The majority of works are based around the Swindon and Kingston area, offering relative regional stability for the right candidate. The Role As Passive Fire Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of fire stopping and passive fire protection works on site. You will manage programme timelines, quality standards and commercial performance, whilst leading installation teams and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with relevant compliance standards. You will work closely with clients, the Operations Manager and office-based teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish across a variety of occupied and complex building environments.
