What You'll Do:

As a Fire Surveyor, you will play a vital role in:

• Conducting comprehensive fire safety assessments and inspections.
• Ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, and Building Regulations.
• Specifying and managing programmes of work to meet cost and quality thresholds.
• Engaging with contractors to align risk and vulnerability data.
• Developing remediation programmes that reflect the priorities of residents and Ealing Council.
• Delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.

Who You Are:

We're looking for individuals who:

• Have a strong background in building regulations, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
• Are experienced building surveyors with a keen eye for detail and safety.
• Possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
