Job Description - First Line Support - MSP

Vertex It Solutions are partnered with a highly established MSP based in West London.

Role: L1 Service Desk Analyst
Location: West London Office (on-site)
Salary Range: £30,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience with the Autotask ticketing system (a strong advantage)
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Ability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Prior experience in an MSP environment is essential

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong employment stability - ideally with a minimum of 2.5 years at a previous employer
