First Team Performance Analyst

Job DescriptionSwansea City Football Club are an established member of the English Football League. Currently playing in the Championship, but with strong ambitions to return to the Premier League, the team play an attractive style of Football, often described as 'The Swansea Way'. Swansea City are looking for an experienced individual to join the First Team Analysis Department. As a First Team Performance Analyst, you will play key role in delivering reliable analysis which enables the analysis department to create actionable insights in supporting players and coaches.As a First Team Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for:Leading on the filming & live coding of training Coding training sessions into segments to support best practice content and enable sufficient databasing of footageDatabasing individual, unit and team sessions to be accessible as requiredProducing and managing data in supporting session themesUploading daily sessions and sharing with staff and players when required using HUDL Working in collaboration with the performance analysis team to deliver best practice and tactical pattern clips using telestration tools such as studioWorking within the analysis team on a day-to-day basis ensuring the analysis departments targets and expectations are met Supporting the analysis department in the creation of opposition & set play analysis tasksSupporting the analysis department in providing, managing and visualising data insights into individual performances Filming / live coding match days as required Uploading and sharing of relevant wide-angle footage to players, staff and designated software applications Creating and maintain a structure of opposition matches via HUDL Insights / SBG Match Tracker Contributing to driving standards of practice within the performance analysis department and throughout the clubContinually updating knowledge of best practices within football analysis and being proactive in the search of new technologies to maximize resources We're looking for someone who is or has: Highly proficient using HUDL Sportscode and HUDL StudioHighly proficient using TableauDetailed knowledge of FootballExperience of working within a senior performance analysis environmentThe Executives in Sport Group are retained on behalf of Swansea City Football Club to appoint a First Team Performance Analyst.
