FITTER / LABOURER – DECOMMISSIONING
CSCS + Valid IPAF 3A & 3B
Location: Swanscombe, Kent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
Job Type: TEMP/ Ongoing
Driving: Essential – full UK driving licence required
All Talent Solutions are recruiting experienced Fitter / Labourers for our client in Swanscombe.
We are looking for hands-on, reliable workers with previous decommissioning experience to join the team.
This is a physical, practical role involving the decommissioning, dismantling and removal of equipment and installations, along with general fitting and labouring duties.
The Role
*
Decommissioning and dismantling equipment and installations
*
Assisting with the safe removal of machinery, structures and equipment
*
Supporting fitters during decommissioning projects
*
Using hand and power tools
*
Working at height where required
*
Operating MEWPs/access equipment using IPAF certification
*
Moving, loading and unloading equipment and materials
*
General site labouring and housekeeping
*
Following method statements, risk assessments and site safety procedures
*
Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
You MUST have:

Previous decommissioning experience – ESSENTIAL
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
Valid IPAF Ticket
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Previous experience in fitting, dismantling, installation, construction, engineering or industrial environments
*
Experience using hand and power tools
*
Good understanding of site health & safety
*
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
*
Reliable and punctual
*
Able to work Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for people who are experienced, practical and able to get stuck in.
You must have a genuine background in decommissioning/dismantling work. Experience working around machinery, industrial equipment, plant, installations or construction sites would be highly beneficial.
CSCS + IPAF + previous decommissioning experience + driving licence are all essential.

07:00 – 17:00
