Fixed Income Resiliency Lead (Asset Management)

We're seeking aprofessional to own resiliency across Europe for a global investmentmanagement group. You'll partner with senior leaders, ensure compliance withEU/UK regulations, and drive improvements in business continuity practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional business continuity and risk management initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and testing, providing recommendations.
• Ensure consistent implementation of global policies.
• Develop metrics and reporting routines.
• Support access management and market data vendor oversight.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business continuity, operational risk or internal audit.
• Degree or equivalent experience
• Background supporting and working with front office investment areas (PM, trading, operations).
• Knowledge of Aladdin and automation tools (PowerBI, Appian, Python) desirable
