We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flat Bed Profile Burner to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining profile burners used in sheet metal fabrication, ensuring precise cuts and high-quality outputs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in fabrication and mechanical work to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Duties-Flat Bed Profile Burner

• Set up and operate flat bed profile burners to cut sheet metal according to specified dimensions and designs
• Prepare materials by measuring, marking, and aligning sheets prior to cutting
• Use hand tools and tooling to adjust and maintain equipment for optimal performance
• Conduct routine inspections of the burner equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety standards at all times

Requirements-Flat Bed Profile Burner

• Proven experience in fabrication, welding, grinding, or related mechanical work
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal properties and handling techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools, tooling, and basic assembly methods
• Good understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
