Flat Rider

Keysoe International is looking for a talented and experienced Flat Rider to join our home team to maintain the fitness of top-level competition horses. The rider will be adaptable in their riding style to meet the requirements of the exercise plans for each individual horse.

This is a full-time, live-in role, where you will be provided with accommodation and rewarded with a competitive salary package to include private healthcare and pension contributions.  

About You:

• You must be an experienced flat rider with exceptional skills used to working with horses competing at the highest levels


• A real knowledge and understanding for horse care being able to follow exercise programmes regimentally


• Knowledgeable in horse care and showjumping sport


• Confident and calm by nature, able to work well under pressure


• Team worker, understanding the needs of the wider team


• Good Health & Safety awareness


• All team members have a responsibility to demonstrate and advocate company values at all times: Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Learning, Sharing.
