Flavour Lab Technician

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Job Description:

I’m currently recruiting for a Flavour Laboratory Technician to join a growing food manufacturing business in North Somerset.

This is a hands-on opportunity within an R&D laboratory, supporting the preparation and development of flavour samples for customers across the UK and European food markets.

The role includes:

* Preparing and compounding flavour samples

* Managing raw materials and laboratory consumables

* Preparing labels and documentation for sample despatch

* Working to GMP, quality and safety standards

* Supporting the wider R&D team in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have:

* Laboratory, kitchen, food manufacturing or similar practical experience

* Strong attention to detail and organisation

* Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

* A flexible, proactive approach

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Location: Somerset
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
