Fleet Account Executive

We are recruiting for a Fleet Account Executive, Fleet Sales Administrator or Fleet Coordinator to join an established automotive fleet operation in West Hallam. Applicants should have strong customer service, administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage vehicle orders and fleet customer enquiries accurately from quotation through to delivery.

Location: West Hallam, Derbyshire
Salary: £28,089 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Manage a portfolio of key fleet accounts

Fleet Account Executive Role
Support Business Development Managers with car and LCV quotations, stock availability and customer enquiries
Manage key fleet accounts from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Process quotations and orders using Leaselink and other fleet systems
Liaise with customers, leasing companies, sales, logistics and administration teams
Maintain accurate information across Smartsheets, Kerridge and internal systems
Arrange vehicle deliveries, demonstrations, fitments and conversions
Manage surplus vehicle stock and support wider fleet sales targets
Fleet Account Executive Requirements
Strong customer service and account management skills
Excellent administration and organisational ability
Confident communicating with customers, leasing companies and internal departments
Good IT skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to manage multiple vehicle orders and enquiries
Able to work to customer SLAs and KPIs
Previous fleet, automotive, leasing or vehicle sales administration experience would be advantageousHow to Apply
