Fleet Admin Assistant - Carmarthenshire

We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of a busy fleet service.

The Role:

You will provide administrative and practical support to the fleet team, helping to ensure vehicles, records and day-to-day fleet activities are managed efficiently.

Duties are likely to include:

* Providing general administrative support to the Fleet team.

* Maintaining accurate fleet and vehicle records.

* Updating spreadsheets, databases and internal systems.

* Processing and maintaining vehicle documentation.

* Arranging and coordinating vehicle movements where required.

* Driving vehicles between locations, garages, depots and other sites.

* Collecting and delivering vehicles or equipment as required.

* Supporting vehicle inspections and general fleet checks.

* Keeping records up to date and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.

* Assisting with general fleet administration and other duties as required.

You will ideally have:

* A full UK driving licence – essential.

* Previous experience in administration, fleet, transport, logistics or a similar environment.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of people.
