• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 15:30

• Pay: £13.69 per hour

Responsive Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected leader in the waste management industry. We're on the lookout for a reliable, organised, and proactive Administrator to join their operations team near Gloucester (GL4).

This crucial role ensures the smooth running of daily services, working closely with local councils, drivers, and internal teams to help deliver essential environmental services to the community.

• Act as the point of contact for local councils regarding refuse and recycling collections

• Provide day-to-day support to drivers - issuing route details, paperwork, and updates

• Maintain accurate records on services, vehicle schedules, and compliance data

• Handle general admin duties including emails, reporting, and system entries

• Proven admin experience in a fast-paced or operations-focused environment

• Strong communication and organisational abilities

• Confident with Microsoft Office and data systems

• Background in logistics, local authority services, or waste/recycling (advantageous but not essential)
