Finance & Fleet Administrator | Elland | Full Time Mon-Thur 08:45-17:00 and Fri 08:45-16:00

Our client is based in Elland, West Yorkshire, specialise in the sale and management of New Light and Heavy commercial fleets.

They are an independent family run business that has been trading for almost 5 years and growing year on year. To manage and further nurture the growth they are expanding their team with the introduction of a Finance & Fleet Administrator.

Role Description

We are looking for an outgoing individual who has excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills. This is a dual company role that will manage administrative tasks for a fleet company and finance company. Attention to detail and time management is key and the confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Are you the right person for the job?

Minimum of A-Level Education or equivalent

*

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, experience in fleet or finance industry would be beneficial

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

*

Outgoing individual willing to support fellow team members

*

Eager to learn and ability to grasp knowledge quickly

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Ability to manage multiple priorities

What will your role look like?

Fleet Administration

*

Book and manage fleet appointments

*

Obtain quotes from external suppliers

*

Maintain accurate and up to date fleet records

*

Check, update and file company documentation

Finance Administration

*

Prop and manage finance deals

*

Create finance payout packs

*

Liaise with suppliers, lenders and customers on deal updates

*

Work closely with finance brokers and support where required

*

Check, update and file company documentation
