Divisional Accountant (Leasing Division)

Salary: £42,000 – £52,500

Location: Belfast Fleet Financial (Hybrid within Division) Occasional travel to GB required

We’re looking for a commercially focused Divisional Accountant within our leasing businesses to support financial performance across our leasing businesses and play a key role in driving operational and financial excellence across the Division.

As a Divisional Accountant, you’ll oversee the timely and accurate execution of the accounting cycle, provide high‑quality financial insight, and support decision‑making across the leasing businesses. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, commercial environment and enjoys building strong relationships across operational teams.

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience as an Accountant within a commercial finance environment


• Experience leading and managing finance team members


• A proven track record of delivering high‑quality financial performance


• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness


• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)


• Expert proficiency in MS Excel


• A forward‑thinking, proactive approach


• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills


• A consistent demonstration of Lookers values
