Fleet Controller

The role is a 4 on 4 off shift ( will be on a rota basis and will include weekends ) 6am - 6pm - and enjoy a generous basic salary £31,150 plus a Bonus.

The role at times will be extremely busy and at times you will work under pressure , however the role is varied, will be fast paced and will offer you a challenge daily. 
Logistics / Fleet administration or Fleet controller experience is preferred , however we will look at other industries or sectors if you can demonstrate you have worked in a fast paced and challenging office and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.
The role is Administration heavy so if you love admin work, highly organised this is a perfect role for you.
You will need to maintain relationships with manufacturers, repairers and service providers where you will monitor VOR & VNA , taking calls from drivers and organising correct action for the vehicles , working very closely with the fleet team to reduce cost, fleet down time and accidents.
Essentially your job will be to monitor all company fleet ( assets ) , downtime, reporting daily VOR/VNA internally, communicating with 3rd party support partners on fleet availability and take ownership of all fleet administration function relating to motor claims.
