Description

• Coordinate and manage daily fleet schedules to optimise utilisation.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
• Deal with Insurance claims and processes
• Deal with accidents and repairs claims and processes
• Track compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with internal teams to address fleet-related queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and expenses.
• Support the Customer Service department with timely updates on fleet availability.
• Analyse fleet performance data and propose improvements where needed.
• Oversee fuel usage and implement cost-saving measures.

Profile

A successful Fleet Controller should have:

• Experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle compliance and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and customers.
