We are seeking a dedicated and organised Fleet Coordinator for an exciting opportunity in the property & facilities management industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fleet operations and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities consist of:

• Coordinate and manage the company's fleet operations
• Ensure all fleet vehicles are in excellent operating condition
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Handle fleet-related paperwork and documentation
• Implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency
• Monitor and report on fleet performance and costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Profile

A successful Fleet Coordinator should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in a related field
• Experience in fleet management or similar role
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good understanding of fleet operations and maintenance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
