What You'll Do:

Oversee and manage the fleet maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.

Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve high standards.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transport operations.

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in fleet management, preferably within a retail or transport environment.

✅ CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is essential.

✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

✅ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

✅ Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
