As a Fleet Manager at SIXT, you'll lead strategic fleet operations, drive revenue optimization, and ensure our premium service standards. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT:

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily fleet check and key management processes, ensuring complete accountability of all vehicles and keys through comprehensive daily analysis
  • You will manage the complete infleet/defleet process and coordinate daily vehicle movements to ensure all bookings are covered and vehicles are positioned optimally
  • You will collaborate with pricing and yield teams to maximize revenue through strategic fleet positioning while analyzing turnaround data to drive operational efficiencies
  • Managing and developing your entire fleet team, providing coaching, support, and comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Building and maintaining premium relationships with suppliers to reduce out-of-service vehicles while managing outsourced labor within budget parameters
  • You will work toward ambitious branch and personal targets while ensuring turnaround areas maintain audit-ready conditions and compliance standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Leadership Experience You have minimum 1+ years of supervisory responsibilities with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical Excellence You possess strong analytical capabilities with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to drive cost efficiencies and process improvements
