Job: Fleet Operations Account Coordinator
Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £32,000 Basic Salary

Are you a highly organised and customer-focused professional looking to join a successful fleet operations team? We are seeking a Fleet Operations Account Coordinator to play a key role in supporting vehicle order processing, customer account management, and leasing company relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage fleet vehicle orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Act as a key point of contact for leasing company partners and customers.
Maintain regular communication and provide progress updates on vehicle orders.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure all customer and vehicle information is accurately recorded.
Support the wider team in achieving operational and business objectives.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within fleet, leasing, account coordination, administration, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Leaselink, One Link, or Supplytrak would be advantageous.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
