We're looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Administrator to join a busy automotive team in Birmingham. If you're confident using Pinewood and Pinnacle, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage your own workload, we would LOVE to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Processing vehicle orders from start to finish
Coordinating vehicle registrations and deliveries
Producing invoices and sales documentation
Keeping customer and vehicle records up to date
Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and customers
Handling queries and providing order updates
Supporting the fleet sales team with day-to-day administrationWhat We're Looking For

Fleet Sales Administration experience
Pinewood and Pinnacle system knowledge
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Confident, resilient and proactive approach
